A few weeks ago we went out to St. John's and learned how they make Maple Syrup. It was a cold brisk day, but it was interesting and the kids had fun. I of course took pictures to remember the day by and to share with all of you;) The kids got to gather the sugar from the trees, which was interesting because I did not know it came out clear. It was a great learning experience:)
